Swimming Sports

All the boys gave their all in the pool at our annual Swimming Sports - several beating their personal best, as they strove to add points for their House. Cheered on by a strong crowd, school records tumbled this year as our top swimmers achieved amazing results across all strokes.

Honours Band Festival Concert

2 September 2017

With over 300 Middle School students from all over Auckland joining our own King's boys, a magnificent concert was held at the Auckland Town Hall, following 2 days of playing together at King's School. This was an extaordinary performance by talented children from many different schools and music centres. Many had never had the opportunity to perform together to a large audience. The evening's concert culminated in a rousing performance of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, complete with special lighting effects and confetti cannons.

2 gold medals at Kids Sing!

This year both our Chapel School Choir and Middle School Choir won Gold Medals at the Kids Sing competition held at the Auckland Town Hall. This is a great achievement and the boys sang at a very high standard. Our Middle School Choir, "All the King's boys" had entered the competition for the very first time and also won a trophy for the best test piece.
